Total Facility Management (TQM) Our total Facility management (TQM) services and approach is meant to create an unlimited value for our customers by taking care of their facility in-door and out-door cleaning with maintenances of their electrical, Air-Condition, plumbing and sanitary systems. We make recommendations for major renovation of any part of the office building or facility where and when necessary to the customer.
